Title: Feedback needed for Kent Ridge Trail

Guys and gals,

National Parks needs your feedback on the trail. If you have ridden it or will ride it on this coming Sunday, give your comments to NParks at their website at www.nparks.gov.sg and maybe they will be encouraged to maybe help create more trails for us if they can.

Thanks!

Alan

Me just a leisure cyclist, so if the followings are, or sound ammatuer, ignore me ok? :sealed:

For me, I felt the 'snakes' are not quite flowing at some turns. As in, it's almost too difficult to get a good line to rail the 1 or 2 specific turn. To clear the turn, one probably need to brake to almost a stop before setting the bike up for exit.
Maybe creating a bigger arc or widening those few areas help?

Again, may I suggest cutting another circuit where new riders can ride on? The present trail is good for some, but for others that'r not as skilled or 'big-balled', pushing up n down pretty kills the fun. Maybe include some obstacle dat replicates the present ones, jus abit smaller in scale. These can train the new riders up for the real things.

Lastly, maybe do a poll and see if fellow trail users prefer adding some more sections where we can pick up some speed, or get some recovery time? If I'm not wrong, there's only 1 stretch to pick up speed n really enjoy the wind in our face.

Jus my 2 cents worth. Thank You.
