Dear members of the Singapore Cycling Forums,

In light of the recent incident involving the reputation of one of our members and of SGcycling.org, the Council has decided that we have to reinforce and elaborate our Terms and Conditions pertaining to our Events forums.

A ) SGcycling.org organised rides.
The pin up board that is located on the top of the Events Forum are catered for events in which Singapore Cycling Forums are organising or co-organising. In doing so, the Council or Moderation team will be the ones that will lead the event, or with the assistance of external party in the event of a specialised event.

B ) Other Events.
Any other events that are found in the SGcycling.org Event Forums are initiated and executed by the members of the Forums. These are not SGcycling.org sanctioned, endorsed or organised events, and SGcycling.org will NOT be responsible for whatever the outcome of the event. Event planners should be responsible for the safety of the fellow cyclists that sign up for the event. Likewise, any member wearing the SGcycling.org t-shirt does not represent the Council, nor the Moderation team.

C ) Safety concerns
Any sport, regardless of it's nature, presents a underlying threat. Thus, SGcycling.org events are carefully planned and then executed after all possible safety concerns are addressed. While the Council and it's Moderators try to cater for every possible safety concern, riders are responsible for their own safety, state of health and personal belongings. SGcycling.og, it's Council and of it Moderation team do not assume the responsibility for each members' safety during before, during and after a SGcycling.org sanctioned, endorsed or organise event, as illustrated in the Terms and Conditions, Clause 1A, 2C and 3A.
