There'r alot of bearing shops, another one would be Kian Hoe i think..
Search for a shop thats nearer to u, unless u'r going for a particular brand.

Go to Lavender food court, beside there is a 7-11 store. Walk futher down you will see a OCBC bank. Keep walking that direction, cross the street to your left and walk straight up. you won't miss it. Blue sign board SKF Bearing. Still can't find call my mobile (97373170). Cheers!

bro,
just one more information .....most bearings are made to international specifications.....it is not brand specific. As not it is not made in China(at the moment), it should be quite good quality.
Bearings use in bicycle is consider as low tolerance applications....i meant how precise can your pedal stroke be??
But the bicycle industry is a big domestic business with very good marketing people who can paint very nice picture.
