I actually dented my rear wheel spokes without knowing. Until when i got home i saw 3 dented spokes and the rim is out of tunned. The problem is i didnt do much jumps or drops :wonder: . Waht is the possbile cause ti this? So where is good to relace ? GHC? Do i need to change all spokes? Guys need your input and help . . . :bleh2: Thanks in advance . . . .

nope, there's no need to replace all the spokes. replaced the damaged ones will do.

it could be damaged from lying around, stepping on it or tweaks going into it when you are hitting trails. nothing too serious to worry about. :hehe:

dented as in what? Bent? Or the spokes is dented as in its straight but the surface flattened?

If its bent, just tension it. I usually bend my customer's spokes abit while lacing so i avoid scratching the rims, than tighten liao become ok liao.

As for dented spokes, the most possible explaination is your chain dropped onto the wheel before, than the chain grind off metal from the spokes.

Go down to a bike shop and have your wheel re-tensioned. A shop I can recommend is Say Oon in Tampines. I always make it a point to check my spokes every 6 months or so. It all depends on how hard you ride. I normally send my wheels for retrue-ing every year or so. Chances are Arlai or Xalmon is right...you could have loose spokes..

Good luck

 Yes after relace i found out 2 of the spoke is loose . . . i didnt know it will lead to bendin of the spokes. Alright thanks . . . :faint: hope it doesnt affect my rims. . .
