I think Cycle Craft has tied up with Hitachi Credit to let customers pay in installments. I think the minimum income required is $1200. Check with Cycle Craft them for details.
On a personal note, I feel that if there is no urgency to get a bike, it's best to scrimp and save til you can afford your dream bike. This way, one will avoid paying hefty interest that entails a credit purchase. Moreover, if one damages the bike before the full loan amount is paid up, he/she still has to bear the monthly installments. Therefore, I don't think it's wise to take up a loan for the purchase of a bike - which may not be a necessity item.
But that's just me

saving slowly is the best way. i always used to buy parts on impulse and got the wrong thing. plan first. what kinda riding u do? light or strong? that way u can know which parts u want and get ur dream bike build up without wasting on casually upgrading whenever u feel like it or u feel the part isnt bling enough. it took me about a year or so to build up my bike, though i've yet to build up my dream bike. but the bike i have now will do till i've saved more than enough for my dream one!
kinda out of topic....

my suggestion is the same as the rest, save up & purchase the bike u like one shot. Would be a better option.
Most installament plans for bike works on credit cards i think.
