I recently found out that there is noise coming out from the head tube or headset or anything coming out from that area. It is a squeaking sound coming and the sound comes whenever i turn the handlebar from one side to the other and it doesn't sound each time i turn. Only in random. Does anyone knows why? Thanks!

Your headset may be a loose-ball headset in need of some grease. Bring it to your local bike shop and get them to do it or you can do it yourself, if you know what you are doing.
