Herein lies the Terms and Conditions, as well as Terms of Service pertaining to trading and/or exchange of goods and services found within these forums.
By using this forum, you are in mutual agreement that:
1. The Singapore Cycling Forums (henceforth known as sgcycling.org) shall not be, in anyway, responsible for the accuracy of the transactions found within this forum.
2. The buyer or seller is responsible for their own purchases or aquisitions, and are subjected to the necessary risks should an exchange of trade breaks down.
3. sgcycling.org does not recieve, nor does any of the administrators seek, any form of monetary or beneficial revenue from any of the transactions found within these forums.
4. In the event that a transaction or deal is found to be fraud, the supplicant's IP (also known as Internet Protocol) address shall be retained, and the supplicant's membership suspended. Should a breach of trust occur under such circumstances, and if a report has been filed to the proper authorities, sgcycling has the right to supply the appropriate IP addresses to aid investigation.
5. No merchant advertising should be posted in the forums without the prior consent of the Administrators. Such application is subjected to the Administrators' review. Also, should any merchant advertisment be found in the forums without the prior consent of the administration, will be removed and the owner's membership relinquished till further notice.
6. A notice of intent to purchase or sought (henceforth known as an "advertisment" or "ad") is found to contain falsified information or of misleading nature, it will be removed without prior notice to the user.
7. Members are advised to indicate a "sold" reply in their advertisments as soon as their transactions are complete. This is to ease the administrators for clearing up the ads.
8. As a practice, the marketplace will be routinely cleared of completed transactions at the end of every week.
